About Force Analysis

Force Analysis LLC is a Limited Liability Company that currently consults on police use of force encounters, policies and procedures, and best practices. I will review and analyze a case to provide an objective and impartial opinion on the "objective reasonableness" of the force utilized as compared to the standard of force under Graham v Connor, State Criminal Codes, Attorney General Guidelines, and department policies.  This review will consist of the totality of the circumstances involved which includes a transcript review of interviews of all persons involved, radio transmissions and digital evidence, forensic examinations and photographs, any human factor science that may be involved, investigation reports, medical records, and all other investigative assignments that were completed.  I charge an hourly rate and will provide the most professional and respectful experience for my clients pertaining to criminal, civil, and administrative cases. My review will not only be cases for use of force, but also motor vehicle pursuits, search and seizure issues, search warrants, arrests and detentions, investigations, and mental health removals.
